Refund & Return Policy

All digital products (including printables, downloads, PDFs, videos, and digital courses) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at awilliamson@decodingkindergarten.com and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

 You may cancel your membership at any time. When canceled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.We do not offer refunds for:

• Forgetting to cancel before renewal  
• Lack of use or engagement  
• Change of preference after accessing member content  

If you offer physical items like letter tile boards or printed materials, use this section:We accept returns of unused physical products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging  
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping  
• A refund will be issued (minus shipping costs) once the item is received and inspected  

Note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at awilliamson@decodingkindergarten.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
